Welcome Drink

Welcome your guests with a glass of Champagne or Sparkling wine.

Our staff will be on hand to offer glasses of Champagne or punch to you and your guests as you arrive. We can then take around bottles of champagne to top up glasses.

Champagne or punch is to be supplied by the client.

Champagne Fountain Option

Your guests can pour themselves a glass of Champagne, Sparkling wine or Fruit punch from this attractive fountain. The drink of your choice will cascade down with a reservoir at the base.
Our staff can set them out on the service table for your guests to help themselves from.


It is customary for one, or more, of the Men in your Bridal party, usually the best man, to give a speech and a toast to the happy couple at some point during the Reception.

Champagne will be ready to serve to your guests if you wish us to arrange that. We can either hand filled glasses of champagne around or pour the champagne at the tables.

Wedding Cake

The Wedding cake is quite a feature point at your wedding with photos being taken and the tradition of cutting the cake before your guests and then offering slices.

To display your wedding cake we can arrange a 3ft table round or square and an Ivy Leaf Linen Table cloth, White or coloured. As well as a Kings Pattern Cake Knife for your photos and for you to cut your Wedding cake with.

When your cake has been sliced by the bride and Groom we will then cut in to slices and wrap them for your guests. Depending on your requirements we can either put a plate of cake on each table or place all the cake on the display table for guests to help themselves to.

* Please note that our staff do not assemble or handle wedding cakes until the photos have been taken. This is so that we can minimise the risk of it being dropped or damaged. Please arrange for it to be set out on stands etc.

Evening Buffet Menu

Depending on what time you have eaten your wedding meal you may wish to provide an evening buffet. Traditionally this would be a finger buffet of nibbles but for the modern wedding we can offer a wide range of dishes for you to choose from.

The most popular option in the summer season of 2006 was the buffet of cold meats and salads.

22” White China Platters with slices of Roast Turkey, Roast Beef and Honey roast ham garnished with salad leaves.

Served with a 3 x Salad buffet and freshly baked French Bread. For your Vegetarian guests we can provide a Provençale Vegetable Tart.

We have a wide range of salads so you can have different salads to the ones we served with Lunch.

Roasted on the spit and served in freshly baked Rolls with Apple sauce and Crackling

Lamb Roast

Spit roasted French Style served with Mint sauce in Freshly Baked Bread Rolls


Home made Beef Burger, Award winning Sausages and Sumbi Bi Yaki Prawns served with Burger Baps and Hot Dog Rolls

Freshly Baked Potatoes Served with a choice of fillings

Seafood Paella

Traditional Spanish Paella is a mixture of Prawns, Squid, Surimi, Mussels, Chicken and spicy Chorizo Sausage and rice flavoured with herbs and spices.

Vegetarian Paella

A mixture of Vegetables and rice flavoured with herbs and spices


A spicy rice dish from the Cajun south of America. A fusion of Chicken, Prawns and Pepperoni with vegetables and cooked a spicy sauce.

We can also offer a selection of Cakes and Gateaux served with fresh cream to go along with the evening buffet if you would like.

Generally we serve the evening buffet on a Premium disposable plates and Cutlery. This is included in the cost as are the Serving equipment and the Sauces.

Prices for an evening buffet are available on request and will depend on what you would like to offer your guests.
