Main Courses

As your main course you can choose to have a sit down meal as opposed to a spit roast. Served to the guest tables by our team of professional waiters. Your Main Course will be served with hot seasonal vegetables or salads depending on your choice, as well as accompanying sauces. For your vegetarian guests we offer an alternative menu.

We will set up a mobile kitchen, in what ever shelter can be provided, at your event and bring along all the ovens and equipment that we will need. Our Chefs will prepare your meal from fresh onsite using only the finest ingredients.

To ensure that all the food is kept piping hot for all your guests it will be kept in heated chafing dishes whilst the meal is being plated and served to you.

Traditional Roast Dinner

The Roast dinner is a British institution. Served with a selection of Vegetables and Gravy.

Sirloin of Beef - Served with Yorkshire pudding, Roasted Potatoes, and Horseradish sauce

Breast of Turkey –Served with Roasted Potatoes, Stilton and Mushroom stuffing, Chipolatas and Bread Sauce

Lamb Shank - Braised lamb shank in a Red Wine and Rosemary Sauce

Classic Beef Stroganoff - Strips of beef in a smoked Paprika and Tomato sauce served with rice

Pork Hock - Tender pork in a scrumpy apple & cider sauce reduction

Game Pie - Served with a rich wine gravy

Tenderloin Pork - Medalions of free range pork, Calvados style

Jamacian Jerk - Chicken with braised rice

Scottish Extra Mature Beef - Sirloin cut served with a red wine jus

Chicken in Tarragon - Breast of chicken in a creamy Tarragon Sauce

Scottish Salmon - Baked salmon fillet with a Tomato and Herb sauce

Braised Ham Hock - Slow cooked with a combination of herbs served with a white sauce.

Minted Rib Eye - Steak medium and rare, cherry tomato and oyster sauce.

Fish & Chips - Fresh Cod or Haddock, steakhouse fries, mushy peas, pickled onions.

Wild Boar Sausages - Onion gravy, served in a giant Yorkshire pudding.

Morocan Lamb Tagine - with cous cous.

Thai Curry - Red, Green, Yellow, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Lamb, or seafood, jasmin rice.


We are now able to offer something a little different for your meal. With our Giant Paella pans we can create delicious and authentic Paella as well as many other dishes
